Jane Rendall

Jane Rendall has been prominent in the fields of women’s history, the history of the Enlightenment, Scottish history and the history of social and gender networks for several decades. Taught by James H. Burns at University College London and supervised by him for a PhD on James Mackintosh, Jane Rendall taught for many years in the History Department at the University of York.
